Terms of Service
⚠️ It is recommended to book the service at least 3 days in advance.
⚠️ If the compressor is located outside of a high-rise building or a dangerous spot, the service will be automatically cancelled.
⚠️ The price doesn't include any refrigerant or defective equipment.
⚠️ If after the provider has arrived on site and found that the work does not match the booking, or for any reasons that the provider cannot complete the job, customers must agree to cover the travel fee of 200 THB for the provider.
⚠️ In the case, that the provider inspects the air conditioner and it cannot clean. Because there was a problem with the customer's air conditioner. There will be an inspection service fee of 599 baht.

The system will refund back to your credit card within 30-60 days or the next bill, depending on your bank.
Debit card
The system will refund back to your credit card within 45-60 days, depending on your bank.

Service procedure
• All service providers bring their own equipment such as water atomizer, air conditioning cleaning cover, small buckets.
• Check for air conditioner's condition. If not functioning properly. The service providers will not clean an air conditioner but will offer the customer to book other services.
• Service providers put a covering material to cover the surrounding area and furnitures around before start.
• Undertake cleaning and servicing of the air conditioner such as take off the filter, air conditioner mask and clean its, and use plastic pieces to cover the circuit board to prevent water splashes.
• Clean the condenser coils and fins.
• Clean the condenser fan and oil the fan motor, spraying the condenser coils.
• Check an air conditioner after the service and clean up the area around the unit.
Notes
• Condo/Apartment may need authorization from juristic person. In some buildings, the technicians also aren't allowed to do any work past 5 PM. If the service provider has arrived and cannot provide service, the customer has to pay the commuting fee to the service provider of 200 THB.
• May need to use the toilet or the washing area to wash dirt stains during the service.
• If an air conditioner has any problems that occur after finishing an air conditioner cleaning within 30 days, please contact admin at 02-0803939 press 0 or 1.
Insurance Coverage
In a case that provider causes any damages during service
🔉 Insurance coverage for damages up to 20,000 baht.
🔉 In the case of damages due to the action of providers, customer must inform our Customer Service via Line: @seekster within 24 hours.
The customer must prepare the damage-claim documents as follows:
1. Receipt of damaged items or evidence that shows the value of the damaged item.
2. Photo(s) of damaged items caused by providers.
Valuable items missing
Please keep all your valuable items hidden. Seekster has a policy to background-check all of the providers before onboarding them on our system. Seekster will not be held accountable for any losses of customer's valuable items in any cases.
