Bank transferThe system will refund back within 14-20 working days.
Credit cardThe system will refund back to your credit card within 30-60 days or the next bill, depending on your bank.
Debit cardThe system will refund back to your credit card within 45-60 days, depending on your bank.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
To ensure service quality and effective workforce scheduling, the company has established the following terms for service cancellation and rescheduling:
1. Service Cancellation Policy
The company reserves the right to deduct a service fee based on the cancellation notice period as follows:
- More than 24 hours in advance: 5% service fee deduction
- More than 12 hours but not exceeding 24 hours in advance: 50% service fee deduction
- Less than 12 hours in advance: No refund, full service charge applies
2. Service Rescheduling Policy
- More than 24 hours in advance: Free rescheduling
- More than 12 hours but not exceeding 24 hours in advance: Rescheduling fee of 200 THB per request
- Less than 12 hours in advance: Rescheduling is not allowed, and the full service charge applies
