Terms of service

⚠️ This service is for cleaning the sofa only and doesn't include clearing or cleaning the space.

⚠️ It is recommended to leave your sofa in an open-air space for 3-10 hours afterward, depending on the size of the sofa.

⚠️ For the best service, our providers would only work while there's not another service team working at the location.

⚠️ Location must have water and electricity.

⚠️ This service might not be able to get rid of blood stains completely, but can only make them fade.

To ensure efficient service and mutual understanding, please note the following scope of work for our sofa cleaning service:

1. This service covers only sofa cleaning and does not include clearing the area or general cleaning of the surrounding space.
2. After the service, it is recommended to air dry the sofa for at least 3-10 hours, depending on the size and material of the sofa, to ensure complete drying.
3. To ensure efficient service, our staff will not proceed with the service if there are other teams working at the same location.
4. The service location must have accessible tap water and electricity throughout the service period.
5. Stubborn stains, such as dried blood stains, may not be completely removed, but will be lightened as much as possible.

1. Receive a full refund: If you have already made a payment for the service, you can contact us for a full refund without any fees.
2. Reschedule the service: You can choose to reschedule the service by informing us of your preferred date and time via Line @seekster. Our staff will be happy to assist you in finding a service provider and scheduling a new appointment at your convenience.

Refund Policy  

💰Bank Transfer: The system will process the refund to your bank account within 14-20 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).  

💰Credit Card Refund: The system will refund the amount to your credit card within 30-60 business days or on the next billing cycle, depending on the bank.  

💰Debit Card Refund: The system will refund the amount to your debit card within 45-60 business days or depending on the bank.

 To ensure service quality and effective workforce scheduling, the company has established the following terms for service cancellation and rescheduling:1. Service Cancellation PolicyThe company reserves the right to deduct a service fee based on the cancellation notice period as follows:

• More than 24 hours in advance: 5% service fee deduction
• More than 12 hours but not exceeding 24 hours in advance: 50% service fee deduction
• Less than 12 hours in advance: No refund, full service charge applies

2. Service Rescheduling Policy

• More than 24 hours in advance: Free rescheduling
• More than 12 hours but not exceeding 24 hours in advance: Rescheduling fee of 200 THB per request
• Less than 12 hours in advance: Rescheduling is not allowed, and the full service charge applies
