Big Cleaning
Big cleaning is a cleaning service by a team of specially trained providers using heavy equipment and supplies.
✅ Cleaning service for residential areas/offices/offices/factories
✅ Wiping base skirting, banisters, glass, metal surfaces, walls, and high corners of the area
✅ Vacuuming dust from sofas, carpets, and curtains, and cleaning metal railings
✅ Removing various grease stains accumulated in the kitchen
✅ Cleaning bathrooms and sanitary ware (toilets, sinks, and bidets)
✅ Collecting and disposing of trash at designated locations
✅ Scrubbing and removing adhesives, paint, rust, and stains on the floor to make it clean (only available for additional bookings after renovation or restoration).

Terms of Service
⚠️ Does not include cleaning areas higher than 5 meters, climbing, or may impose danger to the health and life of the provider.
⚠️ Does not include washing curtain or polished marble
⚠️ Service will only be able to remove up to 60% of the paint or cement on the aluminium frame
⚠️ Service does not include any trash clearing from contractors
⚠️ If there are still contractors working when Big Cleaning team arrives, Seekster has all the rights to cancel service on the spot with 50% penalty fee.
⚠️ Customer must be present on service day to brief the scope of work to Seekster's Big Cleaning team, and to check and sign quality-checking paper after service. If the customer isn't present to sign the quality-checking paper post-service, the Big Cleaning team has the right to leave without the customer's signature, and withdraw the 24-hour Quality Guarantee - all rights reserved.
⚠️ The prices shown on Seekster application are not final prices. If there are any add-ons, Seekster will inform prior. If unsure, customer can also submit photos to Line: @seekster (with @) for estimated prices before booking.
⚠️ For the maximum quality of service, we recommend that you book the starting time no later than 9 AM, so the Big Cleaning team has a full day to provide the service.
⚠️ Customer can ask the Big Cleaning team to take a COVID test when provided with ATK test kits.
⚠️ If the size of the property doesn't match with the booked service, Seekster reserves all the rights to cancel service on spot with 50% penalty fine.
Refund Policy
💰Bank Transfer: The system will process the refund to your bank account within 10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
💰Credit Card Refund: The system will refund the amount to your credit card within 30-60 business days or on the next billing cycle, depending on the bank.
💰Debit Card Refund: The system will refund the amount to your debit card within 45-60 business days or depending on the bank.

Insurance Coverage
In a case that provider causes any damages during service
🔉 Insurance coverage for damages up to 20,000 baht.
🔉 In the case of damages due to the action of providers, customer must inform our Customer Service via Line: @seekster within 24 hours.
The customer must prepare the damage-claim documents as follows:
1. Receipt of damaged items or evidence that shows the value of the damaged item.
2. Photo(s) of damaged items caused by providers.
Valuable items missing
Please keep all your valuable items hidden. Seekster has a policy to background-check all of the providers before onboarding them on our system. Seekster will not be held accountable for any losses of customer's valuable items in any cases.
