✅ Cleaning areas are living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and common area.

✅ All sweeping, mopping, remove trash, clean indoor glass and window.

✅ Dusting shelve, damp wiping, and putting things in order. (As per requested)

✅ Change bedding and make bed.

✅ Dishwashing, clean the kitchen sink and fridge. (As per requested)

✅ Watering plants and sweeping leaves (Only enough time remains)

Tip

💡 If you require floor polishing, deep stain cleaning, after construction cleaning/renovation or non-stay place over 2 months please select the Big Cleaning

⚠️ Does not include laundry or clothes drying, moving furniture, and outside areas. (gardening, and disposal of animal waste)

⚠️ Does not include cleaning at high areas, climbing, or may impose danger to the health and life of the provider.

⚠️ If after the provider has arrived on site and found that the work does not match the booking, or for any reasons that the provider cannot complete the job, customers must agree to cover the travel fee for the provider. 

⚠️In case we cannot find a provider we will refund you or reschedule your order 

Refund Policy

💰Bank Transfer:
The system will process the refund to your bank account within 14-20 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

💰Credit Card Refund:
The system will refund the amount to your credit card within 30-60 business days or on the next billing cycle, depending on the bank.

💰Debit Card Refund:
The system will refund the amount to your debit card within 45-60 business days or depending on the bank.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To ensure service quality and effective workforce scheduling, the company has established the following terms for service cancellation and rescheduling:

1. Service Cancellation Policy

The company reserves the right to deduct a service fee based on the cancellation notice period as follows:

• More than 24 hours in advance: 5% service fee deduction
• More than 12 hours but not exceeding 24 hours in advance: 50% service fee deduction
• Less than 12 hours in advance: No refund, full service charge applies

2. Service Rescheduling Policy

• More than 24 hours in advance: Free rescheduling
• More than 12 hours but not exceeding 24 hours in advance: Rescheduling fee of 200 THB per request
• Less than 12 hours in advance: Rescheduling is not allowed, and the full service charge applies

When system is unable to find providers

Customer needs to contact us on Line: @seekster to:

1. Get a full refund.

Or

2. Reschedule.

• In case a customer would like to use their own detergents please let the providers know.

• In case a customer would like to add an extra hour, this will cost 150 Baht per additional hour. (providers have the right to refuse the request due to the conflict of other bookings)

• If you need further information, please contact admin via "chat" menu on the home screen.

• Condo/Apartment may need authorization from jurastic person including some property, the outsider would not allow to go up the building after 5 p.m. If the service providers has arrived and cannot provide service. The customer has to pay the commute fee to the service provider 200 baht. 

In a case that provider causes any damages during service

🔉 Insurance coverage for damages up to 20,000 baht.

🔉 In the case of damages due to the action of providers, customer must inform our Customer Service via Line: @seekster within 24 hours.

The customer must prepare the damage-claim documents as follows:

1. Receipt of damaged items or evidence that shows the value of the damaged item. 

2. Photo(s) of damaged items caused by providers.

Valuable items missing

Please keep all your valuable items hidden. Seekster has a policy to background-check all of the providers before onboarding them on our system. Seekster will not be held accountable for any losses of customer's valuable items in any cases.
