Terms of service

⚠️ Does not include laundry & dry the clothes.

⚠️ Does not include clothes that require special care, such as evening dress, silk cloth, woolen cloth, wedding dress, graduation gown, fiberglass dress, sequin or lace dress.

⚠️ Does not include general personal clothing such as underwear, boxer shorts, and socks, including a blanket, sheets, duvet, and bedding set.

Refund policy

Bank transferThe system will refund back within 14-20 working days.

Credit cardThe system will refund back to your credit card within 30-60 days or the next bill, depending on your bank.

Debit cardThe system will refund back to your credit card within 45-60 days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To ensure service quality and effective workforce scheduling, the company has established the following terms for service cancellation and rescheduling:

1. Service Cancellation Policy

The company reserves the right to deduct a service fee based on the cancellation notice period as follows:

More than 24 hours in advance: 5% service fee deduction
More than 12 hours but not exceeding 24 hours in advance: 50% service fee deduction
Less than 12 hours in advance: No refund, full service charge applies

2. Service Rescheduling Policy

More than 24 hours in advance: Free rescheduling
More than 12 hours but not exceeding 24 hours in advance: Rescheduling fee of 200 THB per request
Less than 12 hours in advance: Rescheduling is not allowed, and the full service charge applies

When system is unable to find providers

Customer needs to contact us on Line: @seekster to:1. Get a full refund.Or2. Reschedule.

Notes

• Kindly advise the service provider on how to use your clothes iron.

• Kindly advise the service provider on any specific request on any cloth that may need to be very careful.

• Condo/Apartment may need authorization from jurastic person including some property, the outsider would not allow to go up the building after 5 p.m. If the service providers has arrived and cannot provide service. The customer has to pay the commute fee to the service provider 200 baht.

Insurance coverage

🔉 Insurance coverage for damages up to 20,000 baht.

🔉 In the case of damages due to the action of providers, the customer must inform customer service within 24 hours. The customer must prepare the damage claim document as follows:

1. Receipt of damaged items or evidence that shows the value of the damaged item.

2. Image of damaged items caused by providers.
