  eg. Clothes submitted on Monday, returned on Wednesday

•  The service fees applied to wet washes only.
  
• In case of "Dry Clean" please specify "Dry Clean Only" in the additional information part and "Dry clean" has additional charge.
  
• Leather and other special type of cloth will bear additional cost that we will inform you before the service.
   
• Dress, Jumpsuits, Jackets, and full-body clothes are counted as 2 pieces.
  
• Service fee included hanger and other equipment costs.

• In case of damages (discoloration, shrinking, missing button) from the misuse of the service with wrong type of cloth, the company will not be responsible for the damage. Deep stain cleaning from excessive use is not included in this service.
  
• The service provider will approve the order and inform you if there are any existing damage before the service.
  
• The service provider will confirm the pickup and return schedule during the service hour only.
  
• In case of returning the clothes, if there are no receiver the clothes will be returned to the store to have an appointment at another time.
  
• We will not be accounted for any loss if you requested to keep your clothes with the third party. (security/juristic/counter)
  
• We will provide a recover damage up to 10 times of the service fees in case of damages during the service.  
  
• The request for a recover damage must be in 24 hrs after the receiving of clothes. Please keep the tags from the clothes for the process.
  
• Seekster have the rights to terminate or alter all terms without prior notice.
